In the late winter of 2024 we were hired by Miss Shelia Philpot of Lithonia to clear a property that she had purchased. We came in and removed a standing home as well as a series of trees to open up the property for a future build out.

Grading & Clearing
So our good friend Vinnie has decided to build a shop on his property. It needs to have some trees taken down as well as a some general grading for the site prep. Enter Stan's Cans…
First we went to work taking down the trees identified in the way.
Vincent wanted to keep the hardwoods for firewood...Smart man!
We established a burn pit for the undesirable materials.
Several substantial stumps had to be addressed. Alas you can't build until the root system has been successfully removed.
Grading had to be worked in so that we can keep rain water flowing away from the build pad.
